Confined Space Preplanning / Entry And Rescue


Introduction

This course is minimum eight hours instruction, practical and exam. The purpose of this course is to educate workers and prepare them for work in confined spaces with a reasonable amount of competency. We want to train the worker in the proper procedures to prevent an incident, also proper rescue techniques have to be performed with the use of a simulator and supplied air.

Confined Space Rescue (Optional)

This part of the course includes rescue training on location or with the use of a simulator. Includes above classroom instruction, casualty management and practical exercises using the proper techniques and equipment to perform a rescue. Participants must come to class wearing the minimum, coveralls or the appropriate PPE for the workplace. It would be an asset to bring the full body harness used at your worksite.
